What About the Children?
Child Custody and Child Support

Divorce can be stressful enough but once children become involved the chances for conflict escalates quickly, which is why it is important to choose the lawyer who will fight for Custody and Support so can raise your children the way you want.  Even in uncontested divorce the terms for child custody and support must be negotiated and negotiation expertise will be an invaluable asset to help you achieve the outcome you need.

Amicable Uncontested Divorce

When both parties can come to an agreement on spousal support, child support, child custody, and asset division we will help finalize the divorce proceedings.  Uncontested divorces might not be right for every couple but you should explore this option as it is generally less costly and swifter than a contested divorce.

The Closure You Need

Divorce often comes with a lot of negative emotions and you want to get it over with it as soon as possible so you can move on with your life.  We understand that and will do everything in our power to help you move on while helping you achieve the outcome you need.

Asset Control and Favorable Distribution

From high net worth divorces and splitting up multiple businesses and properties to smaller assets which may just hold sentimental value, we will do our Due diligence to assure all the assets are accounted for and that you receive your fair share.  Often parties find hidden assets during proceedings and we will fight to uncover any asset that the other party has tried to hide.
